World of Echo D.K. consistently makes lounge/new-age--or what I like to call spa-approved new age (SANA). Suzanne Kraft has only made one album with an affinity for SANA (S.K.'s common musical partner, Nash, has likewise made one SANA album, the 2012 self-titled Land of Light). With this release, sure enough, it's SANA, but Suzanne has seemed to pull D.K. into the 2016 and onwards aesthetic of MAT. So it's SANA that is elusive, mysterious, and oblique.
